We will start with a short conversation by phone, face2face or video chat and exchange ideas on a starting position, your goals for the event and possible dates. You are also welcome to send me an email.
Depending on your requirements, I will send you a non-binding proposal for a customized tour within a few days and we will clarify the details.
The range of possibilities in Vienna and the surrounding areas is almost inexhaustible! I am happy to take your needs and the circumstances of your event into account. Entertaining elements can certainly be part of the program.
Examples:
Celebrate birthday with family and friends!
- Meet with the group at the agreed time and start with a funny introduction, e.g. a short story or sketch
- Walk through the medieval highlights of the Vienna city center with impressions and stories about the everyday life of the times.
- Transfer to a typical afternoon in a traditional Viennese coffee house with explanations about the famous coffee culture.
- Duration approx. 2-3 hours
Family meeting
- Meet at the brand new main train station in Vienna and a have a guided walk through the Bahnhof-City with the urban development area Sonnwendviertel and its architectural highlights
- Joint transfer to the Vienna Prater and walk through the amusement park with stories and fun for children
- Finish off the tour in one of the popular beer gardens
- Duration approx. 2-3 hours
Retired at last
- Meet in the courtyard of Schönbrunn Palace and start with a guided „Grand Tour“ through the palace
- Followed by a leisurly guided walk through the palace park with its magic views and enjoy the most important sights
- End with a coffee or snack in the Gloriette or a dinner in a nearby restaurant in Hietzing. In the winter time you can visit Vienna’s most beautiful Christmas Market in front of the palace.
