For guided tours on weekdays and Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Walking tours <\/strong>for groups of up to 20 people:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bus tours<\/strong> with groups of up to 30 people: : <\/p>\n\n\n\n For Tour Escort Services<\/strong> ,in particular transfers, the same fees apply as for guided tours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Overtime<\/strong><\/strong> for groups of up to 20 people, or 30 people if the tour is by bus<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the agreed duration of the tour is exceeded by more than 15 minutes, a full overtime hour will be added to the bill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n A Surcharge of <\/strong>20% will be applied to the above prices for the hours before 8 a.m. and after 6 p.m., as well as all day Sundays and holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A flat rate of 60,- Euro per tour will be applied if preparing the requested tour program goes beyond the general tours. Prices for individually planned, specialized tours are by agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All prices are free of VAT tax<\/strong> under Austrian law 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG..<\/p>\n\n\n\n Additional Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Bus, entrance fees, rental of audio guide systems, etc. are not included in the tour fees and will be billed as separate charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For walking tours with groups of more than 20 people, it is advisable to rent an audio guide system<\/strong> or consider employing two guides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Please send me your inquiry and include the desired tour, date and time. I would also be happy to create a tailored program according to your specifications. You will receive a written offer, which can be accepted verbally or in writing. With my written confirmation, bookings are considered binding. Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Booked tours may be cancelled, in writing, without charge, up to 21 days prior to the agreed tour date. After that, cancellation fees will be charged a percentage of the agreed tour cost as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Twenty to four days before the agreed tour date: 50% If the group fails to appear at the agreed meeting point, the tour will be considered concluded and the full tour fee due.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the customer is delayed arriving, the guide is obligated to wait 30 minutes at the agreed meeting point. The waiting time will be included in the agreed length of the tour, which then cannot automatically encompass the full agreed time span. An extension would be required and that would depend on the availability of the guide and, if agreed, would be charged as overtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The customer is obligatedto wait 15 minutes for the guide, if he or she is delayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Im Falle einer Erkrankung oder unerwarteten Verhinderung bem\u00fcht sich die Fremdenf\u00fchrerin eine qualifizierte Vertretung zu organisieren. Der Auftraggeber wird umgehend informiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bills will be submitted once the commission has been finalized. The full sum is to be paid, at the latest, three days before the tour date by bank transfer to the guide\u2019s bank account, with no bank fees falling to the guide. In exceptional cases, cash payment immediately after the tour may be agreed. Costs of overtime, additional tour participants, etc., will be billed separately after the tour and are to be paid promptly by bank transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Video and audio recordings are not permitted during the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When carrying out his\/her professional obligations, the tour guide is only liable for damages he\/she causes to others unlawfully or culpably. The guide has no liability whatsoever if a guest suffers damages caused by his\/her own reckless or clumsy behavior, or if the guest suffers damages due to an accident.
